2.1 Compose SMS
This is the page where you can compose and send SMS messages immediately or schedule for future delivery. The compose SMS page is shown below. The elements of the compose SMS page are explained below.
• Sender ID: this shows the Sender displayed on the recipients phone. It could be edited to the users taste. The sender ID can contain alphabets and numbers for GSM recipients but only numbers for CDMA recipients.
• Recipients : this is the number(s) which you are sending SMS to. o Type the recipients numbers in the ‘Type recipients’ area. Multiple numbers can be separated by comma (,) or semicolon (;). Duplicate and invalid numbers will be removed. Numbers are accepted in different formats such as 2348030000000, 0092348030000000 or +2348030000000. o Upload recipients from a text document (Notepad) or csv file (excel) from your computer. Numbers can be separated in the file with comma (,) or semicolon (;) or put each number on a separate line. Duplicate and invalid numbers will be removed.
Add recipients’ number from one or more Address Book Group(s).
• Message: This is the content of the SMS/Text message to be sent. Messages can be one or more pages.
• Schedule for Later Delivery: Enables you to schedule the message delivery for a future date specified by you. However, the SMS units used for the messages will be deleted from your balance at the time the messages are sent.
2.2 Phone Book
This is where you store phone numbers that you regularly send messages to so that you don’t have to retype the numbers when you want to send a message.
* Create a new group in your Address Book: This enables you to save and arrange phone numbers according to groups in your Address Book. * Add new user record to the Address Book: Enables you to add new user record to an existing group in the Address Book.
* Add Multiple Numbers to Address Book: Use it to add unlimited numbers of phone numbers to the Address Book
* Delete a group and all its records: deletes a group and all its content in the Address Book
* Delete a phone number: deletes a single phone number from the Address Book
2.3 Message History
This is the message history page where you can view all the messages you’ve sent in the past. You can also view your scheduled message here.
The status for a sent message will be displayed as “sent” while a scheduled message will be displayed as “pending”.
2.4 Order SMS
This is where members place an order for additional sms units. The total cost of your order orders are automatically calculated as quantity is typed.
2.5 Transaction History Page where members view all SMS units ordered by them or credited to them, their cost and their status.•
2.6 Load A Voucher Members can credit their sms accounts with the admin generated vouchers from this page.
2.7 Settings • Personal Details
Displays your username, mail address, GSM number, Home address, SMS balance, last visit date and registration date.
• Change Password: use it to change your membership account password.
• Set Your Default ID: Set a default Sender ID for all messages. However, this could be edited at any time you want to send a message.
• Transfer SMS units to Another Member: Transfer SMS credits to another member on the site.
3.0 Admin Menu

As an Administrator on your website, you have access to the Administrative panel of the site. This enables you to edit, approve and search through the details of your members. You will need to login on the homepage of your site with your administrator username and password.
3.1 Credit Members Approve transactions or credit a member manually. At the Approve/Cancel Transaction section, you can see all the members that have made order for additional SMS units. Therefore you can approve the transactions or cancel them. Each transaction will list the member’s username, the transaction units/cost and the date. At the Credit a Member Manually section, you can award credit to any member on your website even if they have not placed any order for additional units. Simply type the number of unit and choose the member to be credited from the drop down list. You can use negative numbers to deduct SMS units from a member’s account. To send SMS as an Administrator, you must approve some SMS units to yourself. Go to credit a member manually, choose your username, type the amount you want to credit yourself with and submit. On the upper part of the page you’ll see the SMS unit left and the numbers used already.
3.2 Manage Members Use the Member Management Panel to get information about your members. It contains the Member’s username, full-name, e-mail, GSM number and other details.
3.3 Manage Messages Use this to view and search all messages that have been sent directly on your website, through the API, through facebook or sms2web. Search through the message database by using the search panel to streamline your search.
3.4 Manage Phone-book Use the phone book management page to manage your members Phone Book. This page allows you to see all the members in your members’ phone books.
3.5 Export Numbers You can decide to export the phone number of everyone who has been sent sms from your portal in the past, or phone numbers of all your members or every phone-book entry of all members.
3.6 Generate Vouchers You can generate recharge vouchers/pin codes that members can use to credit their account.
3.7 Manage Vouchers Administrator can access all vouchers and their statuses here. You can also modify, delete or view vouchers.
3.8 Article Editing
To edit any article on the website, log in from the home page with the admin username and password. Go to the page where the article is. Under each title, there is an edit button, click it to edit the article. Note: Remember to save the edited article before you exit.
3.9 Balance Notice When you log in to the administrator’s account, there are three balances available for you. The one on the left shows your admin account. As an administrator, you should credit yourself like other members. The one with “reseller account balance with sms provider” gives your account balance on queried from your sms provider. The third one gives the total balance of all members on your website. Please remember to approve credit to yourself as an administrator.
